Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our mobile notary services. Please review the following policies before booking: Appointments All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by direct contact. Same-day appointments may be available upon request. Pricing Pricing varies based on the number of documents, location, and type of notarization. Final pricing will be confirmed after reviewing your booking details. Identification Requirements All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. Documents must be unsigned prior to the notary’s arrival. Travel Fees Mobile notary services include a travel fee based on distance and location. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time without notice, a no-show fee may apply. Late Policy A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. After that, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. By booking, you agree to these terms.
